Terms of Service

Short version: You buy a license once — it's yours permanently. Use our apps for personal, lawful purposes. Don't reverse-engineer or resell them. Our liability is limited to what you paid us.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "user") and Golden Lily Enterprises, LLC ("Golden Lily," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of Louisiana, USA. By downloading, installing, or using any of our mobile applications or visiting our website at golden-lily.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our software or website.

2. License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable one-time fee, Golden Lily grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to install and use the purchased application on devices that you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.

This license is:

  • Perpetual — it does not expire and you will not be charged again.
  • Non-transferable — you may not sell, sublicense, gift, or otherwise transfer the license or your activation code to another person.
  • Personal — the license is for individual use only, not for use on behalf of a business or organization without a separate written agreement.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You agree to use our applications and website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any application.
  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly share your activation code.
  • Use any automated means to access our website in a manner that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
  • Attempt to circumvent or defeat any licensing, payment, or access control mechanism.
  • Use our services in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.

4. Payments and Refunds

All purchases are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the one-time charge shown at checkout. We do not store your payment information.

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at hello@golden-lily.com within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests submitted after 30 days may be granted at our discretion.

5. Updates and Future Features

A full license purchase includes all current features and any future feature updates to the application released during the application's active development period. Golden Lily reserves the right to discontinue development of an application at any time with reasonable notice. Discontinuation of an application does not entitle users to a refund beyond the 30-day window.

6. Intellectual Property

All applications, websites, content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property published by Golden Lily Enterprises, LLC are owned by or licensed to Golden Lily and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you beyond the license described in Section 2.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR APPLICATIONS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPLICATIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOLDEN LILY ENTERPRISES, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR APPLICATIONS OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN ANY CASE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Louisiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our applications or website after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
